ABSTRACT

Title: Branching Brownian motion among Poissonian obstacles
Janos Englander, January 10, 2002
The well studied Sznitman-type model of a Brownian motion surviving among random traps is revisited. But this time we have an additional feature (branching) too. We get the survival asymptotics and survival strategies, and observe an interesting "phase transition" with discontinuities.

This is joint work with F. den Hollander.
