Conference venue

The conference will take place at Woudschoten Estate in Zeist, close to Utrecht. Woudschoten is beautifully located, amidst forests (with various marked walks departing from the main building) and a very quiet conference venue. All facilities can be accessed indoors.

During your stay at Woudschoten, you have free access to wireless internet; business center with computer, internet connection and printer; paper and pens; and coffee/tea/juice, soft drinks and sweets. The meeting room is equiped with a computer projector, two OHP's and large whiteboards, and you can use it anytime during the conference for discussions, including at night.

Woudschoten has several quiet lounges, a cafe with outside terrace, a roof terrace opposite the main lecture room and a bar that opens in the evenings.

Woudschoten is a non-profit conference organisation that maintains the infrastructure and supports youth education projects.

Registration

There is a conference fee, which includes all meals, facilities mentioned above, and hotel room. Note that alcoholic beverages are not included in the conference fee. The exact computation of your fee will be done at the registration page (typically, count on €145 per day full board, and €37.50 euro per day only lunch).

There is only a limited number of places at this conference, so please register as early as possible! Registration deadline was 13 March 2009. However, you can still register by following the registration link below - we will then contact you by email to confirm availability.

Your registration is only complete if we have received your conference fee. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by bank transfer.

Note: Due to the open in-house infrastructure of Woudschoten, unfortunately it is impossible to attend talks on an ad-hoc basis. You have to register as visitor before the closure of registration and have paid your conference fee, even if you don't attend all talks or don't take lunch on that day. This applies in particular to Intercity Number Theory Seminar participants on Friday.
